Refund & Returns
We want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund and returns policy.
1. Our Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
2. How to Return an Item:
- Step 1: Contact us at VacMaster@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll help guide you through the process and give you a return authorization if applicable.
- Step 3: Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the return label provided (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy:
If you’d prefer an exchange, simply let us know in your return request, and we’ll arrange it for you once we’ve processed your return. Shipping charges for the new item will be on us!
5. Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)
- Gift cards
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can return or exchange a damaged product at no cost to you.
7. Late Returns:
Returns outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted. Please make sure to initiate your return within the allotted time frame.
