Cancel & Change Order
We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we understand that sometimes things change. Here’s what you need to know about canceling or changing your order.
1. Can I Cancel My Order?
If you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, you may be able to cancel your order—but act fast! Once your order is processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
- Order Not Shipped? You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email us at VacMaster@gmail.com with your order number and request cancellation.
- Order Shipped? If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it. You will need to follow our Returns & Refunds policy once you receive the item.
2. Can I Change My Order?
We’re happy to help with changes, but like cancellations, we can only do this before your order has been processed or shipped.
- Change Request: If you need to change the shipping address, modify the items, or adjust the quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at VacMaster@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. How Do I Request a Cancellation or Change?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Email us at VacMaster@gmail.com with your order number.
- Step 2: Let us know what changes or cancellations you’d like to make.
- Step 3: We’ll confirm if the change is possible and guide you through the process.
4. Order Already Shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it. However, you can always return the item by following our Returns & Refunds policy after it arrives.
5. Addressing Mistakes:
If we made a mistake on our end (wrong item shipped, etc.), we’ll resolve the issue right away at no extra cost to you. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!
